1. All the openings with us are current opening, so candidate should immediately contact us with their payment mode & transaction ID so that we can schedule the interview for you.
2. We will schedule the interview within Approx(+ 4KM) 10KM radius from the present/ preferred location of candidate for teaching Job.
3. We will schedule the interview within Approx(+ 15KM) 10KM radius from the present/ preferred location of candidate for administrative or non-teaching Job in school.
4. We will try to schedule the interview within approx 10-15 working days(Excluding Saturday, Sunday & State & Central Govt holidays). How ever it may take longer in case if we don’t find any suitable opening as per the requirement of candidate or if school don’t give us the date of interview or if the current opening is closed & we have to wait for new opening etc..
5. We may take more time to schedule your interview in case your CV & requirement don’t match & your profile is not shortlisted by the organization/ school/ college.
6. Candidate should mail us the payment screenshot within 48hrs of payment. Else SRI Consultancy will reserve the rights to deny the service against the payment of service charge.
7. Interview will be scheduled on any day in a week including Saturday & Sunday during the normal working hrs. Regarding this no specific request to conduct the interview on any particular date & or time will not be accepted.
8. Requirement of conducting interview in particular organization will not be entertained in circumstances.
9. During this waiting period we will not be able to provide any periodical update to the candidate regarding the status of their interview. BUT candidates are always welcome to call/ mail/ sms(8AM-8PM) us regarding any queries.
10. In Case Of Paytm Transaction candidate should mail us the Wallet Txn Id & the date of transaction or the screenshot of the transaction.
11. In Case of BHIM Transaction candidate should mail us the Transaction Number / Reference Number or the screenshot of the transaction.
12. In Case of NEFT / Online Transaction candidate should mail us the Transaction Number / Reference Number or the screenshot of the transaction.
13. For cash deposit in our bank account candidate should deposit Rs. 60/- extra. Because Bank will charge us Rs. 60/- as the cash transaction charge,
14. Candidate will be selected based on their own merit, we will only schedule the interview for them.
15. SRI Consultancy reserves the right to give the reference at the time of Interview. And it will be clearly mentioned in the mail in case candidate can refer SRI Consultancy at the time of Interview.
16. Request regarding online or telephonic interview will not be entertained after payment. Candidate should Confirm this with our recruiter before payment.
17. Candidate should follow our instruction while attending the interview. If candidate don’t follow our instruction then we will not be responsible if the interview is not conducted for the candidate.
18. If interview is not scheduled as per the requirement then Candidate should mail us within 12 hrs after receiving the interview details else no alternate interview will be scheduled.
19. If the interview is not conducted as per the schedule then Candidate should inform us within 24 hrs from the date of Schedule Interview. Else no alternate interview will be arranged.
20. Our service charge is for each interview that we will schedule.
21. Validity period of ‘unlimited no of interview for 45 days for teaching job’, will be extended beyond 45 days, in case if we are unable to provide sufficient number of interviews within the given period of 45 days.
22. We will not schedule another interview if the candidate is unwilling to/ don’t attend the previously scheduled interview which was scheduled after discussing with the candidate.
23. If candidate don’t attend the previously scheduled interview without informing us then candidate have to pay us again to schedule the next interview or the same interview again.
24. We will schedule the alternate interview if the opening is closed before scheduled interview date.
25. For Unlimited service: Service will be provided as long as the opening is available within the given time period, as per the requirement of candidate. No Minimum or Maximum limit regarding the number of interview will be scheduled for the candidate. After each interview candidate should let us know their feedback Else next interview will not be scheduled.
26. For administrative  position, First one interview will be scheduled for you & if your CV & requirement matches with our next opening then the interview details will also be mailed to you for 45 days. We are liable to schedule only one interview only.
27. We don’t work with any other Job Consultancy. Candidate should directly get in touch with us.
28. Our office staffs are also HUMAN and they are bound to do mistakes. So please communicate with them decently & let us know the problem you have faced.
29. Candidate will face strict action in case if they use any poor slang language/ threat to any of our recruiter or client relationship manager.
30. Candidate will get response to their queries within 24 hrs during working days & within 72 hrs during non working days.
31. We reserve the rights to decline our service to any candidate.

For Free Service

1. Our free service is limited to only Poor & Fresher candidate.
2. Candidate should mail us the genuine reason if they are interested to get the free service.
3. Complete free service will be Provided for Defence Person & their family member. (Family member meaning : Wife, Daughter & Son. Family member should be fresher & without any job experience to be eligible to get this benefit.)
4. Free service will be for unlimited number of interview as long as we have the opening or candidate get the job.
5. Candidate should mail us their feedback after attending each interview else no further service will be provided.
6. Candidate should give genuine reason, if don’t want to attend any scheduled interview within 24 hrs of receiving the mail with interview details else no further service will be provided.
7. On demand candidate should always be liable to prove his/ her family financial status by providing the contact number of their parent or & reference from their college.
8. Candidate will face strict action (Ex. Legal Complaint & or sending his/her profile to all of our client with red mark & or publishing his/ her profile in our website etc.)  in case at any time we found that candidate lied us about his/her financial status or trying to cheat us to get the free service.
9. Sri Consultancy reserve the rights to take the final decision in case of giving free service to the candidate.
10. Sri Consultancy reserve the rights to withdraw the free service for any particular candidate in case of wrong behavior & attitude of candidate.

Refund Policy

1. We are not responsible for your wrong transaction.
2. In any case no refund of service charge will be provided.
3. We strictly don’t accept any recharge. In case of recharge no interview will be scheduled or no amount will be refunded.
4. All the Payment received in our Account,  mentioned in our website ( http://www.viyom.com/service-charge) or in our mail, except Service charge to schedule Interview, will be accepted as the donation from Candidate. And in any situation Viyom Online Works is not liable to refund this amount.
5. Service charge is nonrefundable. REGARDING THIS FINAL DECISION WILL BE TAKEN BY SRI CONSULTANCY.
